You are welcome to pay out of pocket for sessions (my rate is $120 per 55-minute session). Headway can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement if you have coverage for out-of-network services and would like to utilize them.

I require new clients to schedule a free, 15-minute phone consultation prior to our first session. This call allows us to discuss what brings you to therapy, what our work together could look like, and any questions you might have prior to beginning sessions.

If I feel your needs would be better met by another therapist, I will be transparent with you and send you suggestions for other options. My primary goal is to ensure you get what you need from sessions, whether that is with me or with someone else.

I understand that things can come up unexpectedly. While I will make every effort to be accommodating to your scheduling needs, I do ask that appointments be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a cancellation fee of $80.
